Your Agent, Erin Moody

Erin Moody is a native of Northeast Florida and couldn’t imagine a better place to live. She graduated from the University of North Florida in 2004 with a BA in Elementary Education and from LSU in 2010 with an MS in Human Resources. She is currently working towards a second Master’s degree in Global Communications from UF. Prior to real estate, Erin spent a decade in Human Resources helping managers with staff performance and employee relations issues. This experience has taught her how to work with all types of personalities and determine what they are looking for. Working for a global company also gave her the opportunity to work with employees transferring to the Jacksonville area from the U.S. and abroad.

She is committed to helping people make positive changes in their lives. One of the biggest and most stressful changes in someone’s life is buying or selling a home. Erin is gifted at understanding her client’s needs and walks with them every step of the way. Erin has been a resident in Ponte Vedra Beach since 2012 with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she is an avid college football fan, loves reading, and traveling wherever she can.
